TeleEMG RETURN POLICY:

The Focus EMG machine along with its cables, electrodes, DVDs, and the iPad mini (if applicable) must be returned in "good as new" condition within 30 days of receipt by customer subject to pre-authorization by TeleEMG for a full refund. No equipment return will be accepted after the expiration of above 30 day period.
