Our rules are simple; if we are not satisfied with the scientific value and technical quality of a product, we simply wouldn't feature it. Please note that we cannot accept returns on our products but we would happily replace defective CDs/Audiovisual materials. USPS Shipping and Handling is already included in the list price but FedEx Shipping is extra. We can only guarantee order delivery when shipped by FedEx. All CD and Audio-Visual material orders will be shipped within Two Weeks unless the ship by FedEx option is selected, in which case they are shipped within 4 days.
